Death by Smog

Normal sudoku rules apply: every row, column and 3x3 box must contain a complete set of the digits 1-9. Normal killer cage rules apply: digits in a cage cannot repeat, and must sum to the total given in the top left corner of the cage. Normal white kropki dot rules apply: digits on either side of a white dot must be consecutive. Not all possible dots are given. Fog of War: Once a correct digit is placed in a cell, the eight cells surrounding the placed digit will be illuminated, possibly revealing more clues. It is possible to pencilmark and place digits in the fog.
