Rules:

Normal (irregular) sudoku rules apply: place digits 1 to 5 once each in each row, column or region.

Modified German Whispers line: adjacent digits along a green line must differ by 3 or more.

Inequality: the greater than sign '>' indicates which digit is greater than the other.
