I am glad we're solving a Dutch Flat Mates puzzle once again as it's been a while since we have. They still play as beautifully as I recall.

Dutch Flats: Every 5 in the grid must have a '1' directly above it or a '9' directly below it. It may have both, but it doesn't need both.

Digits separated by a (3) black kropki dot are in 1:3 ratio. Digits separated by a (3) white kropki dot have a difference of 3.
