Rules:

Normal Sudoku rules apply. Digits in a cage cannot repeat and must sum to the value indicated in the top left corner of the cage. Digits separated by an X must sum to 10 and digits separated by a V must sum to 5. Not all X's and V's are given. The (only) line in the puzzle operates as both German whisper lines and region sum lines; adjacent digits must have a difference of at least 5, and box borders separate the line into segments with equal sums. Additionally, the line does not move diagonally, but may branch. Digits separated by a black dot are in the ratio 1:2. Not all dots are given. The grid is covered in fog. Placing the correct digits reveals the surrounding cells.
