Rules:

Normal Sudoku rules apply. Killer cage - digits in a cage cannot repeat and must sum to the value in the corner. White dots - digits separated by a white dot are consecutive. All white dots are given. Palindrome - digits along a line form a palindrome (i.e., read the same forwards and backwards).
