Rules:

Regular sudoku rules apply. Each digit from 1 through 9 appears exactly once in each row, column, and box.

Between Lines - Lines with circles on each end are between lines. The values on the line lie strictly between the values in the circles. Digits may repeat on a between line if allowed by other rules.

Arrows - Digits along an arrow sum to the digit in the attached circle. Digits may repeat on an arrow if allowed by other rules.

Palindrome lines - By removing the circles, all arrows and between lines become palindrome lines. The digits on a palindrome line read the same forwards and backwards.
