Fog Don't Blink: Pagedo's dynamic fog does blink!

This may well be my favourite variant with dynamic fog constantly leading you towards unexpected paths.

I call foul however, as the fog most certainly blinked!

Rules:

Normal Sudoku rules apply.

Every digit in a circle has to be assigned to one of the surrounding cells.

Two cells connected by a orange Dutch Whisper line must have a difference of at least 4.

Cells connected by a pink Renban line form a set of consecutive digits, in any order, without repeats.

Every pair of consecutive digits along a navy Parity line must contain an even and an odd digit.

Every 3 consecutive cells along a green 3-modular line must contain a complete set of residuals modulo 3. i.e: one from (3,6,9), one from (1,4,7) and one from (2,5,8).

Digits joined by an X sum to 10. Cells joined by a V sum to 5. Digits joined by a white dot are consecutive. Cells joined by a black dot, one digit is double the other.

Not all Xs, Vs or dots are given.
