Rules:

Normal Sudoku rules apply. Digits in a cage must not repeat and must sum to the small clue in the top left corner of the cage. Cells separated by an X must sum to 10. Cells separated by a V must sum to 5. Not all the X's or V's are given. Additionally the grid is partially covered in fog. Placing correct digits will clear the fog from surrounding cells, possibly revealing more clues. No guessing is necessary.
