Rules:

Normal Sudoku: Place each digit, 1-9, exactly once in each row, column, and 3x3 region.

Dynamic Fog: some squares in the grid are covered with fog. Placing a digits clears fog from that square and, in some cases, other squares.

Region sum lines: Region boundaries divide lines into segments. The digits on each segment of a line sum to the same value. Lines DO NOT branch or cross.
