Blocking Scheme: Mr. Sinclair brings out the big guns in this Sudoku

This was quite a tough puzzle for me today, but it may be an obsessive character wanting something to work rather than moving on. I suspect I did not go for the easiest path!

Rules:

Normal sudoku rules apply, and all clues are standard.

Cages: the sum of the digits inside each cage is equal to the small number in the top left corner.

Renban lines: purple lines contain a non-repeating set of consecutive digits in any order.
