Clean And Jerk (Weightligting): Will Power may have given me too much to lift this time round!

We're back with arithmetic in this puzzle, or to be fair, Sudoku if you're so inclined. I found this much more difficult to the previous Will Power puzzle. I put it down to me thinking I can lift weights, when I should have been doing Sudoku.

Rules:

Normal Sudoku rules apply.

THERMOMETERS- Numbers on thermometers increase from the bulb end.

ARROWS- Numbers on arrows sum to the number in the arrow's pill. Pills are read from top to bottom.

KILLER CAGES- Numbers in cages sum to the number in the top left corner of the cage.

KROPKI PAIRS- Numbers with a white dot between them are consecutive. Numbers with a black dot between them are in a ratio of 2:1. Not all possible dots are given.
