Today's video is for a slightly higher difficulty puzzle but I am confident is solvable!

Rules:

Normal sudoku rules apply. Normal German whispers rules apply i.e. consecutive digits on a green line must have a difference of at least 5. Normal V rules apply i.e. digits seperated by V must sum to 5. All V's are given.
