PB and Jam: Play this Sudoku after breakfast

I believe this is my first puzzle from Bearded Fool, and I loved the play on the rulesets and the interactions between them.

If you haven't had breakfast before attempting, I expect you'll feel hungry by the time you're finished!

Rules:

Sudoku: Normal sudoku rules apply. The digits 1-9 appear once in each row, column, and 3x3 box.

Sandwiches: Numbers outside the grid give the total sum of digits that fall between the 1 and the 9 of the clue’s row or column. The 1s and 9s act as the crust of the sandwiches. Each sandwich must have a peanut and some jam between its crusts.

Parity Peanuts: A peanut separates an odd digit from an even digit.

Jams: You have your choice of black currant or strawberry. Purple jam separates digits that are in a 2:1 ratio. Pink jam separates consecutive digits.
